Howdy!

I’m Rachel McNeilly, a Midwest-based illustrator studying at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design and Marquette University. I love making cute, whimsical characters and illustrations for children’s books and visual development projects! When I’m not drawing, I’ll be absorbed in a book, catching up on my favorite video games, and spending time with my weird little dog, Zoe.
